Trying to be a little more “self sufficient” and instead of buying pre-shredded cheese I started grating my own! The rotary cheese grater has saved me so much time, and SOO much effort. Plus it’s easy to put it over a big bowl and shred away saving me the hassle of cleaning up cheese that might’ve gotten on my counters, honestly one of my best purchases
